The factory office area adopts the light steel structure passive building design with zero sand and cement, which is able to reduce the impact of seasonal temperature differences and electricity consumption.

The landscape fountain has the function of collating and circulating rainwater and reusing it during cooling process for saving water consumption. The recycling and cooling will progress by underground pipelines and fountains.

The rooftop of the factory adopts BIPV integrated photovoltaic design to provide power for equipment operation, which saving 3749 tons of yearly carbon emissions.
